Dunes of Panama Condos For Sale

The Dunes of Panama Condominium is a resort-style community made up of six independent building associations. The original five buildings are easily identifiable with lettered designations. These are The Dunes of Panama A, B, C, D and E, constructed between 1974 and 1985. Construction on the sixth building, Hidden Dunes, completed in 2001.

Despite the organization of individual building associations, all residents share use of The Dunes extensive amenities in the Recreational Area, which is part of more than 1500 feet of lovely gulf-front property. The classic construction of these condominiums allows benefits that newer buildings do not have.

Dunes of Panama in Panama City Beach: A Milestone Inspection Done Right

Condo owners in Panama City Beach receive the results of every milestone inspection. Florida law requires it, and the full report has to be posted on the association's website. What owners and buyers rarely see is what happens next. Which repairs have started, which are finished, and which haven't been touched?  At Dunes of Panama, four of the five buildings (B through E) answered those questions in writing, with the same engineer who did the original milestone inspection.
