The Towne of Seahaven has begun construction along Northwest Florida's Emerald Coast in Panama City Beach. This started with the 2005 preconstruction release of Origin at Seahaven. While this condominium is complete, we have no further updates or preconstruction releases in this development. This development contains 1400 feet of beachfront often touted as one of America's best and 52 acres surrounding a majestic lake. This beachside village could clearly become Panama City Beach's best destination resort. The things that make this beachside village different from other developments is the variety of residential options surrounded by restaurants, specialty retailers, nightlife, spa, and a state of the art convention facility. The Resort

The Towne of Seahaven is planned to have restaurants, specialty retailers, nightlife, spa, and a state of the art convention facility. Additionally there are plans for residential options that include roughly 900 units on the beaches side and an estimated 2,000 units on the north side. Along with the residence options, shops and eateries, a proposed state-of-the-art convention center will offer Panama City Beach a conference center that can handle national conferences. It is planned to accommodate groups from 5 to 5,000 people.

The first phase of luxury condominiums in the Towne of Seahaven is Origin. Origin at Seahaven, a South Seas inspired condominium residence, was released for preconstruction contracts in 2005 and is now complete. Visionaries

Towne of Seahaven is being developed by Seahaven Development, Inc. This firm has a portfolio that includes many coastal and near coastal communities along the Emerald Coast. These communities include Sanctuary Beach , Bonefish Pointe , Martinique and, Finisterre.

Seahaven Development, Inc. has partnered with Intrawest, as well as other nationally recognized land planners, architects, engineers, and designers. They had overwhelming success with The Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Intrawest is lending the expertise of The Village People, touted as the world’s best commercial village animation and commercial tenant casting specialists. They will oversee selection of boutiques, specialty stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues for the Towne of Seahaven.
