The developing company is Ocean Reef Developers II which is managed by C.B. Harbour IV. He and his father C.B. Harbour III, have been involved in a number residential and commercial projects in the southeastern United States. Their past projects include the Enclave at Riverview (a residential subdivision on the Tennessee River) and Royal Harbour Estates (a residential subdivision located on Lake Chickamauga). They have also completed commercial projects that include the Courtyard by Marriott, Holiday Inn, and Hampton Inn in Nashville, Tennessee. The also did the Holiday Inn Express and the Hilton Garden Inn in Orange Beach, Alabama. They have completed condominium developments in Panama City Beach, Florida which include Twin Palms, Emerald Isle, Ocean Villa, and Ocean Ritz.
